		ABRAHAM ROSE WILL AND 
		PROBATE 
		    
		In British law, when someone 
		dies having left a will, probate is required to release the deceased's 
		property. This is Abraham Rose's will:

						This is 
						the last Will and Testament of me Abraham Rose of 10 
						Cobourg Street in the City of Leeds Butcher. Whereby 
						after payment of all my just debts funeral and 
						testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath All my 
						real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever of 
						whatever nature kind or tenure soever unto and to the 
						use of my dear wife Fanny Rose absolutely. I hereby 
						appoint my dear wife sole Executrix of this my Will. I 
						revoke all former Wills at any time heretofore made by 
						me and declare this to be my last Will. In witness 
						whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 12th day of 
						October 1903. |

						his presence and at his request and in the presence of 
						each other have hereunto subscribed our names as

		And this is his Grant of 
		Probate, allowing his estate to be distributed:   
			
				| BE IT KNOWN 
				that Abraham Rose of 10 Cobourg Street in the City of Leeds 
				Butcher who at the time of his death had a fixed place 
				of abode at 10 Cobourg Street aforesaid within the 
				District of The West Riding of the County of York died on 
				the 10th day of November 1903 at 10 
				Cobourg Street aforesaid.   AND BE IT 
				FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last will 
				and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in 
				the District Probate Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of 
				Justice at Wakefield and that administration of all the 
				estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal 
				representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid 
				Court to Fanny Rose of 10 Cobourg Street aforesaid Widow the 
				Relict of the said deceased the sole Executrix named in the 
				said Will.   Dated the
				24th day of June 1904.   |
